If you wake up in the middle of the night go ahead and take another 2-3 dropper fulls in 4 oz of water. After repeated use, your body will adjust its own circadian rhythm.

  • To reduce overwhelm: Shake well, add 3 dropper fulls in 7oz of hot water and drink it as a tea.

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Oat straw (Avena sativa), Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Grain alcohol.
