How to understand your cycle workshop
We all know how beneficial it can be to chart your cycle. You’re able to see when your last period was and compare it to your current cycle.
Now, what if you could predict when your period will be, not by the previous cycle, but by your current one?
What if:
You could tell the morning of if you’ll be getting your period that day.
You could see if you’re ovulating.
Learn about your reproductive health that you weren’t taught in Sex Ed. (Psst, you can only get pregnant in your fertile window which is 5-7 days!)
You could see first hand if there are any hormone imbalances and if so which hormones it could be.
You could keep track of why your period was late. Was it because you ovulated late, experienced too much stress, possible conception, or have an underlying hormone imbalance.
What if you were able to understand your cycle and had full control of your reproductive health?
Now I know that sounds too good to be true
But I can assure you this charting method is that good and even better!!
The charting method I’m referring to is The Fertility Awareness Method, specifically, the symptothermal method.
This type of charting is based on your basal body temperature and cervical fluid. Tracking these observations on a daily basis will give you an insight into your hormone levels, when and if you ovulated, and what disrupts your hormones.
Here are some examples of how this information can be incredibly helpful:
Sammie has noticed that her period has been a few days late and she’s starting to get nervous. She checks her cycle chart and sees that she had protected sex 11 days after she ovulated. Knowing that Sammie takes a sigh of relief and gets her period 4 days later.
Tony was having protected sex with their partner when suddenly the condom broke. Tony reassured their partner that they were in the infertile phase but will continue to keep an eye on it. After a few days, Tony noticed their basal body temperature starting to drop indicating that progesterone was also dropping and their period would start soon.
Sky thought it was weird that her basal body temperature hadn’t started to go down when it should. So she consulted with a midwife and a herbalist to help her get a herbal formulation to help jumpstart her period. After a few days, her temperature started to drop and she got her period the following day.
Brittany has been trying to conceive for 5 months with no luck. After she started charting she noticed that she was ovulating on day 22 instead of day 14 like she was told. The following cycle she timed it right and after 17 days of consecutive high temperatures, she knew she was pregnant. The following week she took a test to confirm it.
Emily noticed that her cycles have started to become irregular and she had cystic acne. After looking through her past 2 cycles, she saw that her temperatures haven’t been following their usual patterns. She realized that her exam stress has been interfering with her progesterone levels! So she started to actively work on destressing and getting her progesterone back up. Two more cycles after that and her hormone levels were back to normal and her breakouts had stopped.
Game changing right?
Fertility Awareness has been such a huge help for me.
It helps me really understand my cycle. I have been able to see what can disrupt my hormones (sugar and stress are the main culprits). I also have peace of mind to be able to figure out why my period is late. I no longer have to be anxiously waiting for my period.
I feel like every being with a menstrual cycle should have this knowledge. For both our health and to make sure that only we have control over our body.
This knowledge will be useful for every stage in your life!!
This is why I decided to do a workshop to teach others about it!!
We will be covering things like:
A closer look at what’s going on during each phase of your cycle
An overview of the basics of the Fertility Awareness Method
What it is, how it works, and how it can help you better understand your personal cycle
You will also learn the basics of how to chart your cycle and be able to understand it
You will also have the chance to submit one of your charts after a cycle of charting. That way I can give you feedback on how it went and answer any questions you may have!!
This workshop will be a little under 2 hours long on July 28th at 12 PM EST
The value of this workshop is $50
Note:
After you get your spot you’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours.
You will get a recording of the workshop after as well as some charts so you can start tracking your cycle.
If you’re currently on birth control, you won’t be able to track your cycle. But this is amazing knowledge to have when you do decide to get off of it. It can help keep track of how your body is responding to processing its own hormones again.
